beef Steak with broccoli and Roasted Sweet potato Ingredients: 1 pound beef steak, such as ribeye or New York strip 1 head broccoli, cut into florets 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Toss broccoli and sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread broccoli and sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place beef steak on top of broccoli and sweet potatoes. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until beef steak is cooked to desired doneness. Serve immediately. Tips: For a more flavorful steak, season it with your favorite herbs and spices. To prevent the broccoli from burning, roast it on the bottom rack of the oven for the first 15 minutes, then move it to the top rack for the last 5 minutes.
